https://www.roadracingworld.com/news/world-supersport-dorna-explains-next-generation-regulations/ I saw the GSX-R 750 is now eligible. Time for Suzuki to get off their collective behind. (I won't hold my breath though)
Hard to imagine having 15 tires for a weekend. I'm sure they all get used in practice and qualifying, but 15, boy that would be nice.
I am REALLY looking forward to it. It should be very exciting and entertaining. This past WSS championship was good. Lots of great racing. But the “R6 cup” shit is old. Some of the best racing we had was when Eslick was on the Buell and Herring on the R6. It is great having drastically different machines, with drastically different strengths, that ultimately arrive at the same lap time. Should be fun to watch. I’m more excited about WSS next year than MotoGP.
WSS as in the feeder class for WSBK? I didn't buy the pass last year but I'll purchase this year along with MotoGP and MotoAmerica
It's a mess. We're in January and they haven't finalized everything yet. Things are changing literally by the day, as negotiations occur behind the scenes. Rules will be bent with the blessing of the ruling body to keep things "fair." Buncha clowns.
So far 6 Teams have thrown their hat into the ring with the V2. It's not as though they don't know what works on them either. They've got all the data from the Tri-Options cup. I'm looking forward to it. The questions I want to know is.. Can we run a V2 in C Superstock this year
If you go to their website, looks like the different paint job on all the Z bikes. Its $100 difference, so cant be anything significant. Same with the Kawasaki KRT bikes
