So criminal migration will cost just one state that is far from the border well over $27 million per year.
Nope, criminal migration is not a problem whatsoever.

Just another item on a massive list where the party of hate puts criminals above law abiding US citizens. The dems HATE Americans and the United States itself.

So you know that being in the country without a visa isn't criminal in and of itself.

It's criminal to work here without authorization to work, but being in the country without authorization is a civil violation, not a criminal one. It's roughly in the same class of crime as not paying the parking meter.

Oh Yeah, its not free. If they are NY residents (undocumented) they can get in-state tuition, and apply for tuition assistance like any other NY resident.

Come on beac, you know that's incorrect. Crossing the border by a non-national is a misdemeanor not a civil violation, and can get the offender up to 6 months in jail. A civil violation typically is when someone violates a rule by a governing agency like the EPA. They can claim a civil violation when I don't require that one of my guys wears protective gear when we spray. It is not a violation of a statute but an agency rule that has authority in that realm. Illegal crossing of the border violates the Nationality act of '64, a statute and outlines the misdemeanor crime.

That's not what beac said. Simply overstaying a visa is a civil penalty.

And not being a member of our society but yet receiving benefits like this is just completely fucking wrong on all levels.

Sneak into Moscow, Seoul, Tokyo, Sydney,London, etc and see what you get from their governments not being citizens and not being there via legal means.

How do Liberals NOT see how all this is just completely fucked up???????

    :crackup:Where'd he say "overstay"? Dude.

But I get it. Once someone is "in country" for some magical term, your group somehow transforms the status of a criminal into a jay walker.

For someone with absolutely NO allegiance to the United States to get such a benefit, yet someone who's sworn the Oath of Enlistment, and served Honorably to NOT...
    it is beyond disrespect.

You want to be an American and get a free education? Give us four years (minimum) of your life and support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, obey the orders of the President and the Officers appointed over you, so help you God. You contribute that to our Society, you absolutely deserve to be an American and an education from our schools to help you establish a life for you and your family.

"Is it a Crime to Enter The U.S. Illegally?
Illegal entry (or "improper entry") to the US carries criminal penalties (fines and jail or prison time), in addition to civil penalties and immigration consequences (deportation and bars from future entry)."

Maybe the handful of you, who don't think it's criminal, can teach lawyers what they don't know.

how does one prove they are a resident of NY if in fact they are "undocumented"?? How does one get admitted to a public school system w/o any documentation? How does one gain access to standardized testing w/o proof of who they are?

Statistics show that there really is no real deterrence to 'Re-entering ', is there?

Any legislator, city, state, etc. that violates federal laws should be punished to the fullest extent of the law!!
Instead, in the left-libtard states, they're either elected or re-elected.

I'm getting so tired of this BS. I'm not racist, nor are my friends. But this BS has GOT to stop!
I say revolt, civil war, conservatives against the libtards until this shit changes.
