Congratulations to my friend for 2 very clean, very smart wins at the GNF which resulted in 2 national championships V6LW & V5 after a near perfect season.:bow:

Thank you very much Jim. You forged the way with the Cheetah engines and other parts which has played into the successes we both have had. Congrats to you as well on your F-2 stroke championship again. I know you looked and felt horrible after the race and toughed it out just to finish. Thanks also Sam, Rick and John.

Those that did not attend missed a prefect day to be racing. It felt like a cool summer day in the South or a warm summer day in the North. Take your pick.

    Congrats Joe!

Its good to see things go your way....I've seen the opposite....I still remember a couple years back you had the V6LW race and the title in hand, almost lapping the field, only to break on the last lap.

    Bravo sir, bravo.

Keep talkin' smack Dustin. It makes coming onto the bbs fun.

Thanks Charlie. Road A has not been kind to me at several GNF's. On the other hand, Barber has always been very, very good to me as far back as 2003 when it first opened. I hope the GNF stays there. It was sooo much nicer than Road A. Everything about the place is a class act and Road A does nothing but go downhill.

OK. I'll dig out some photos. Built The Seca in the winter of 1997, raced it everywhere in 1998, D-Super, Clubman, V5,V6 vintage, where-ever, whenever they'd let me. I may have some photos of my TDM850 powered 900RR Chassi'd Heavy Weight Twins bike if any one cares. Glad everyone made it back from the GNF safe and sound..

TDM850 in a 900RR chassis? That sounds like something that'd be fun to look at! Please post up some pics!

Thanks guys. It was a fun year and riding the hybrid is really special. The RZ takes some wrestling with to get it around the track. The hybrid just plain works right.
