You don't need $5500 worth of mods to make a 400 a capable track weapon. I have less than that in my 400 and it performs just fine.

Might want to check out the Powerhouse 4500 from Northern Tool. Basically the same genny as Predator but with a few more watts.
Check coolant level by removing the radiator cap. Use water and water wetter. Bottle you have is likely just acting as overflow reservoir....
